Spacious Tack Room
We offer a beautifully organized tack room with ample space for up to 24 riders—keeping your gear secure, clean, and accessible.

Restroom & Change Room
Our newly added restroom and private change room provide comfort and convenience during your time at the farm.

Scenic Riding Trails
Situated alongside the Winnipeg Floodway, Windy Pine Farms offers easy access to a network of scenic trails—perfect for peaceful hacks, conditioning rides, or simply enjoying time in nature with your horse.

Quarantine Area & Individual Turnout

We have a dedicated shelter and corral for new arrivals or horses requiring isolation due to illness or injury.
All new horses undergo a two-week quarantine period before joining the main herd.

This secure setup includes:

  • A covered shelter (20' wide x 12' deep)

  • A private corral (78' long x 42' wide)

  • Access to an adjacent private pasture

This thoughtful design helps ensure the safety, health, and smooth integration of every new horse on the farm.

Shelter & Herd Comfort

At Windy Pine Farms, we offer eight well-maintained pastures ranging in size from 0.5 acres to 11 acres.

Our horses are kept in a rotational herd system, moving between pastures to ensure healthy grazing and pasture rest.

Our horses enjoy year-round protection in a large, open-sided shelter with over 5,500 square feet of covered space.
This structure includes:

  • Ample shade and weather protection

  • Automatic waterers under the overhang and in surrounding pastures

  • Bright lighting and excellent ventilation

Riding & Training Facilities

Outdoor Riding Arena
Our spacious outdoor riding arena offers a safe, designated area for riding and training.

  • Size: 80' wide x 160' long

  • Features excellent footing and proper drainage

For everyone's enjoyment, riders are asked to remove any manure after use—equipment is provided for your convenience.

Round Pen
The round pen is perfect for lunging, groundwork, and starting young or green horses.

  • Size: 60' diameter

  • Excellent, well-drained footing for safe movement

  • A quiet, controlled space for focused training sessions

As with the arena, we kindly ask users to clean up after their horses.
