Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What’s included in my board?
A: Full board includes hay, feeding twice daily, turnout, use of barn and all riding facilities including the outdoor riding arena and round pen.

Q: Can I bring in my own feed or supplements?
A: Yes, we have a designated feed room for storage. At this time boarders are required to provide special feeding for their individual horses away from the rest of the herd.

Q: Can I bring my own vet or farrier?
A: Yes, you're welcome to use your preferred service providers if you’d like. We also coordinate regular scheduled visits with trusted professionals and communicate this to our boarders.

Q: Where should I store my tack and supplies?
A: Each boarder has a designated locker in our heated tack room for tack and supplies. Boarders are expected to provide their own lock if they choose.

Q: What if I’m late on board payment?
A: Board is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 applies after a 15-day grace period. Please communicate with us if you anticipate any delays. After 30 days without payment you may be asked to move your horse to another facility.

Q: What are the rules for using the riding arena?
A: Helmets are strongly encouraged. Please share space respectfully, clean up manure, and turn off lights when done.

Q: Are there rules for turnout or pasture rotation?
A: Yes. Horses are rotated as needed. Do not move horses between pastures without our approval. Individual turnout can be arranged if needed.

Q: Can I come out after regular barn hours?
A: Yes. Facility hours are from 8 AM–8 PM, but if boarders communicate ahead of time we can easily accommodate their needs outside of these hours.

Q: Do you allow trailering in/out or overnight guests?
A: Yes, with advance notice. Short-term stays or haul-ins are subject to a day-use fee. Please check with us before bringing in any visiting horses.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy if I move my horse?
A: We require 30 days written notice to terminate board. Payment is required through the full notice period, regardless of move-out date.
